In this project, an accompaniment was given that seeks the co-creation of a plan for collaboration and shared management of the territory in the population center of the ejido Luis Echeverría Álvarez, the fishing camps and the San Ignacio Lagoon. For this project, a participatory-action-research process was proposed with the articulation of diverse social actors in order to enhance efforts and strengthen community capacities through the integration of diverse values and collaboration based on differences.
The project comprises as an initial phase the collective understanding of the historical-social process of the ejido and as a second phase the co-creation of a strategic plan for collaboration and shared management of the territory.
