Paty works in the field of transformations of diverse territories through the creation and facilitation of collaborative spaces and processes that seek to articulate knowledge in order to foster collective action towards just and sustainable futures.

Lakshmi is dedicated to the design and implementation of transdisciplinary collaborative processes in sustainability projects. In particular, her work focuses on examining diverse conditions that enable more meaningful forms of collective action to promote transformative changes towards shared sustainability.

Beth seeks to address the causes and consequences of global environmental change in vulnerable populations, with a focus on the risk of water access, flooding and land use change. She uses a multi- and trans-disciplinary approach to "socialize the pixel" or understand the social processes that cause environmental change captured in pixels for human well-being.

Shiara has more than ten years of experience in community work, her main interest is to accompany transformation processes towards socio-environmental sustainability through the exchange of knowledge and the design and facilitation of sensitive participatory processes.

Paola is a specialist in sustainability, climate change and studies the processes of deep linkage/collaboration with a field of action focused on the generation of networks and alliances to generate greater impact in sustainability projects.

Abril's work focuses on supporting and accompanying companies on their path towards a sustainability-driven transformation. In particular, she specializes in analyzing how climate change will affect business models in various sectors both nationally and regionally (Latam).
